Overview over capacities (examples):
- Application of physical and chemical standard testing methods (ca. 150, 60 are accredited)
- Processing of damage cases as well as the furnishing of an opinion for all textile products
- CE-type examination on personal protective equipment for fencers (PSA-guidelines 89/686/EWG)
- Development of new testing methods
- Cooperation in the case of standardisation in DIN, EN and ISO committees
- Consultation in the area of quality assurance and testing device monitoring
- Auditing of quality management systems for the certification and certificate renewal (ISO 9000 ff) in cooperation with and on behalf of the TÜV-Management Service GmbH (TÜV-Süddeutschland)
