Service for the Industry

The ITV Denkendorf Product Service Ltd. is a subsidiary of the DITF. Its task is to deal with application-oriented development and production issues along the product chain for the industry. The focus is on the fabrication of medical intermediate products for industry partners, and chemical, textile and biological testing as well as the development of new products within the framework of commissioned research. Clean room facilities including polymerization reactors for the fabrication of polymer raw materials – particularly resorbing and nonresorbing biocompatible materials – are available for the development and production of new products. Further finishing can be done on textile machines such as extruders, stretching, braiding, weaving, warp knitting or knitting machines.

Development and production are certified in accordance with ISO 13485 and are audited annually through the German TÜV.

We offer:

• a polymer lab for synthetic biocompatible polymer materials (200 gram to 40 Kg/large industrial, for the manufacture of filament yarns for medical application)
• textile processing
• ITVP text labs
• chemical testing, such as HPLC, GC-MS; LC-MS, AAS, IR spectroscopy, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
• viscosity testing
• testing of textiles for skin tolerance
